The new Catherine Malandrino for Kohl’s collection will only hit the stores later this month. The French designer promised that it would bring the eclectic spirit of Paris in its new feminine creations when the news was first announced. A quick glimpse at the new limited edition collection proves that she not only delivered on her promise, she actually exceeded expectations if you ask us, as these pieces radiate Parisian chicness. See more after the jump…

Speaking about the new line, Don Brennan, Kohl’s chief merchandising officer, stated that the new line revolves around affordable pieces with a timeless allure:

Our DesigNation collection from Catherine Malandrino blends Catherine’s feminine style and recognizable silhouette into wearable, timeless designs that allow women to express their personality at an exceptional value. We are confident the line will appeal to our customers and continue to position Kohl’s as the premier style destination they have come to expect.

Catherine Malandrino’s Kohl’s collection features chic tees with the slogans such as “Paris, je t’aime” or “Paris mon amour”, a myriad of chic monochrome short dresses and pleated skirts, edgy motorcycle jackets and several pleather tops and skirts with intricate abstract patterns for a trendy flair. However, the piece de resistance of the new line is definitely a Parisian variation on the LBD which features the Eiffel Tower symbol in the back. The new Catherine Malandrino for Kohl’s collection features 80 pieces and it’s scheduled to hit kohls.com and Kohl’s stores starting on Friday, September 27. If you’re lusting after any of the pieces included in the new line, you should know that the pieces from the new line will retail for prices between $36 and $130.
