Giorgio Armani Effeto Nudo Spring 2014 Collection

The Giorgio Armani Effeto Nudo spring 2014 makeup collection is filled with interesting options for the upcoming months. Rather than focusing on bringing pastel tones and other options typically associated with spring, the label focused on helping women get the perfect nude effect, which is crucial for a stunning natural makeup look. See more after the jump…

The new line seems a continuation of the ideas we saw in the fall collection, including the fall 2013 couture line which took inspiration from the Thirties’ Hollywood glamor. This time the idea is applied to nude tones which are meant to be “translucent, luminous, feminine and glamorous, reinvented in modern romanticism”. Giorgio Armani’s Effeto Nudo spring 2014 makeup collection will become available for purchase online and at Giorgio Armani counters in January.

Giorgio Armani Belladonna Highlighter Palette ($88)
The star of the new line is definitely the limited edition Belladonna Highlighter palette which is a hybrid between a powder and a gel which uses the micropearl technology and which can be applied on the face and decollete as well as on the eyelids. According to the label, the highlighter has a light texture and delivers a soft velvety sheen.

Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in Sculpting Light ($62)
The Fluid Sheer in Sculpting Light can be used as an eyeshadow primer, to enhance the cheekbones or the complexion.

Giorgio Armani Smooth Silk Eye Pencil ($29)
These versatile eye pencil tones help add a bit of eye definition and complement the gorgeous nude makeup pigments:

#1 Navy blue
#10 Chestnut
#11 Brown

The Giorgio Armani spring 2014 makeup collection also features a few stunning lipstick and lip gloss tones which can add a polished feminine allure to any look. Choose between these stunning tones:

Giorgio Armani Flash Lacquer ($29)
#314 Coral
#514 Pink
#614 Plum

Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani Sheer ($32)
